Return & Refund Policy

At Nature Heal, your satisfaction comes first. We offer carefully crafted gemstone and jewellery products, and we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is:

  • Received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • Unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery with clear images or videos.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchange Items

  • Used or worn jewellery items.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.

Please note that natural gemstones may have slight variations in color, texture, or appearance. These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was from Nature Heal’s side.
  • If the returned product fails quality inspection, the refund may be declined and the item will be shipped back to you.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Reverse Pickup

Nature Heal will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible returns.

Product Care Responsibility

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

  • Shows signs of use, scratches, or damage after delivery.
  • Is missing tags or original packaging.
